鹿茸菇是一种味道鲜美的食用菌，学名珊瑚菌，子实体直立，向上分叉成丛生的细枝，肉质，一般高数厘米至10余厘米，状如扫帚或珊瑚。 鹿茸菇中含有丰富的蛋白质，维生素和其它营养成份。经烹调后，脆松适度，味道可口，如配上猪、鸡肉共炒，则食味更加鲜美，胜过鸡、鸭、鱼、肉单作的荤菜。
除了菌味香浓外，鹿茸菌还是一种名贵山珍，其蛋白质含量高、糖分少，具有降血压、降低胆固醇的功效，对高血糖有抑制作用，对过敏源——比如皮肤炎，也有很好的抵抗作用。

The antler mushroom is a delicious edible mushroom, scientifically known as coral mushroom, with an erect, upwardly bifurcated, fleshy, generally several centimeters to more than 10 centimeters high, resembling a broom or coral. Antler mushrooms are rich in protein, vitamins and other nutrients. After cooking, it is crisp and fluffy with delicious taste. If stir-fried with pork or chicken, it tastes more delicious than the meat dishes made by chicken, duck, fish or meat alone.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
