经典煲汤(2-3人份)
食材:炒白扁豆30g、排骨200g、玉米1根、姜片2片
做法:排骨焯水后与白扁豆、玉米、姜片同煮,大火烧开转小火炖40分钟,加盐调味即可。
功效:健脾祛湿,适合梅雨季/雨天后浑身乏力、舌苔厚腻者。
快手煮粥(早餐/夜宵)
食材:炒白扁豆20g、大米50g、红枣3颗、枸杞5g
做法:白扁豆提前洗净(无需泡),与大米、红枣同煮至粥稠,最后加枸杞焖5分钟。

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
