Fish maw, also known as "花胶" (huā jiāo), is one of the "Eight Treasures" in Chinese cuisine, alongside bird's nest and shark fin. It is renowned as the "ginseng of the sea."

鱼胶的泡发教程 来啦!! 1 花胶用清水放冰箱冷藏室泡2-3小时。 2. 将泡好的花胶放沸水里加姜片,葱白和料酒转慢火煮3-5分钟至软。 3. 花胶捞出来后用冷水冲洗干净,剪小块放汤里煮。可以放排骨,鸡腿或其它肉类加干贝枸杞桂圆等一起熬汤。 肉类需要熬2-3小时出味道 最后将花胶放进高汤里慢火煮30分钟就可以加调味料起锅。 4. 如果喜欢花胶泡的大点厚点的话可以在煮过之后,继续冷水泡1-2天(看花胶大小),天气炎热的话需放冰箱。
