注意事项：此方用量不宜过重，过重可能导致胸闷、腹胀、食欲减退、及头昏潮热等。

以下几类人不适合服用：阴虚盗汗者；湿热内盛者；高热者；正处于感冒期间者。

黄芪、白术、防风按1：2：1的比例 （每份五包）煮水喝

Formula Composition:
Astragalus root (Huang Qi), White Atractylodes rhizome (Bai Zhu), and Saposhnikovia root (Fang Feng) – three ingredients.

Yupingfeng San (Jade Windscreen Powder) has the effect of tonifying qi and securing the exterior. If taken consistently, it can nourish lung qi, strengthen the defensive function of wei qi, improve the patient's anti-allergy ability, and help treat allergic rhinitis while preventing recurrence.

Preparation:
Boil Astragalus root, White Atractylodes rhizome, and Saposhnikovia root in the ratio of 1:2:1 (five packets per dose) to make a decoction for drinking.
